Reflectra® Stitchfoil is a reflective appliqué material. At first glance a regular textile, on second a bright shining piece of lifestyle! Seen in full daylight, caught by the headlights of a passing car or admired in the darkness of your favourite club, reflectra® always delivers a stunning performance. Find out how your product develops star-qualities: on a flashlight photo, in the sun or through artificial lights... Reflective effects of a new generation! Stitchfoil can be used like a regular appliqué with any embroidery and sewing machine. It is suitable for use on various materials including cotton, a mixed fiber made of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic, and is used to decorate t-shirts, sports and leisure wear, caps, bags and items like flag pennants. A minimum in stitches for a maximum in profitability. Unlike regular embroideries with a vast number of stitches, reflectra® stitchfoil only requires a fraction of time using a simple outline satin stitch. Additionally, your garment will feel much more comfortable due to the small number of stitches. Try it out and feel the difference! Usability is simple: - First remove the protection on the back of the foil - Now the foil back needs a layer of spray adhesive to be placed on the textile with the reflecting side up - The design can be fixated with a simple running stitch and a thin satin stitch - After stitching, dispensable foil parts can be removed by hand or weeding tool - Now the reflectra® Stitchfoil can be permanently fixed on the textile with a heat transfer press Transfer settings: Temperature 165-185°C / Pressure: 3,5 bar / Time: 15 Seconds. Please cover the stitch foil with teflon before transferring.
